About the role
Founding engineer role to build the platform behind high-quality human voice data for AI models. Full-stack ownership across product, infrastructure, and data quality with early-stage equity and strong collaboration with founders.
Responsibilities
- Build and improve applications for collecting and reviewing speech data
- Design reliable systems for audio quality assurance
- Work with TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, and cloud storage
- Create internal tools that make complex data operations easier to run and audit
- Improve reliability, observability, and quality across the data pipeline
- Ship to production quickly
Qualifications
- Strong full-stack engineering ability
- High ownership and comfort working on ambiguous problems
- Care for product details, data correctness, and operational reliability
- Ability to ship quickly without losing sight of long-term system quality
- Strong Postgres or backend systems experience
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, and production systems
