GTM Systems Lead
About the role
GTM Systems Lead at Kingdom, an AI-native functional ingredients company, responsible for building and owning automated, AI-powered systems that enable the GTM motion from signal-driven prospecting to revenue, including data infrastructure, CRM (Attio) administration, and measurement. In-person role at Brooklyn Navy Yard (Mon–Thu) with optional Friday WFH.
Responsibilities
- Expand top-of-funnel: build agentic outbound systems (target list building, enrichment, hyperpersonalized email/LinkedIn campaigns, signal-based re-engagement); build agentic inbound lead qualification, routing, and customer segmentation; automate market intelligence tracking.
- Move deals through to revenue: automate meeting cycle (pre-meeting research, post-meeting follow-up, CRM updates, next steps); build automated rule-based deal flagging; build agentic systems for deal-specific research, presentations, and maintaining validation databases/snippets.
- Build and own data and measurement foundation: map GTM data sources; define data structure; ensure single source of truth for customers, pipeline, revenue forecasts; administer Attio (data model, custom objects, lifecycle stages, integrations); build measurement layer across outbound/inbound/brand metrics; evaluate tools in stack.
Qualifications
- 4+ years designing and building systems to support GTM/sales teams, ideally in a RevOps/BizOps/GTMops role at an AI-native B2B startup; familiarity with Clay, Attio, Instantly, LinkedIn Helper, or Notion is a plus.
