About the role

Lead Security Engineer of Identity & Access Management, Managed Services, overseeing the IAM Managed Services delivery, leading a team, ensuring SLAs, and coordinating with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate deep technical proficiency in Identity and Access Management (IAM) Operations, focusing on IAM governance and access management solutions (e.g., SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IIQ, Saviynt)
  • Lead a team of IAM professionals and foster professional growth
  • Serve as primary client contact to ensure high-quality service delivery and manage expectations
  • Oversee delivery of IAM Managed Services in compliance with SLAs, goals, and best practices
  • Design, implement, and improve operational policies to enhance service quality and efficiency
  • Allocate resources, manage workloads, and provide training and support for evolving client needs
  • Lead incident response and root cause analysis for production issues and IAM outages, ensuring timely resolution and preventive actions
  • Manage projects to improve service quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction using data-driven insights
  • Deliver client-facing presentations and lead QBRs and monthly goal reviews
  • Participate in pre-sales discussions and help design IAM solutions for clients
  • Track team performance and service metrics with regular reporting and continuous improvement recommendations
  • Lead a customer-focused environment while managing multiple projects and operations
  • Ensure seamless support for North American and European clients by aligning with time zones and handling on-call incidents

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in IAM operations with at least 3 years in a similar role
  • 5+ years of Managed Services operations experience with SailPoint ISC, SailPoint IIQ, or Saviynt
  • Experience in pre-sales discussions and collaborating with solution architects to design IAM solutions
  • Ability to develop comprehensive Statements of Work for client engagements
  • Knowledge of IAM solutions, technologies, and industry best practices
  • Experience in client relationship management and team management
  • Knowledge of data analytics methods
  • Possession of IGA-related certifications (preferred)
