About the role

Sakana AI is hiring a full-time Accountant to strengthen the financial and accounting functions from Japan, collaborating with HR and business units to provide accurate financial reporting and support management decisions in a fast-growing startup.

Responsibilities

  • 決算業務・経理プロセス構築
  • 月次・四半期・年次決算業務全般
  • 開示関連書類の作成
  • 経理関連システムの導入、プロセス改善および効率化推進
  • 人事・労務担当との連携
  • 事業部との連携、財務・会計的観点からの支援
  • 監査対応
  • 監査法人との連携、提出資料の対応、質問対応等

Qualifications

  • 事業会社の経理部門または会計事務所において、3年以上の実務経験を有し、一連の経理プロセスを担当した経験がある方
  • グロースフェーズのスタートアップでの経理経験、IPO準備・上場対応の実務経験をお持ちの方を歓迎
