About the role

Product Designer responsible for elegant, immersive, production-level HMI design for vehicles of the future, shaping design direction for a strategically important project at Applied Intuition.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design lifecycle, from concept to production
  • Directly interact with OEMs to identify target use cases and consumer pain points
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to create and validate design solutions for embedded software applications and companion devices
  • Work quickly to ship new features in fast release cycles

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience working on embedded devices and consumer-facing products
  • Bachelors' degree in design or relevant field
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
