About the role

Application Engineer role focused on leading customer engagements, owning account strategy, and ensuring customer success with Applied Intuition’s products. Acts as the bridge between customers and engineering teams to maximize impact on autonomy initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Own account strategy for major enterprise customers of Applied
  • Manage executive and leadership relationships
  • Work closely with customers to understand their development needs and use cases for autonomy to propose effective use of Applied’s products
  • Ensure customer needs are supported by broader engineering team through effective prioritization
  • Collaborate with our sales teams to gather requirements through detailed technical discussions and workshops
  • Explore new product development areas driven by strategic understanding of customer landscape

Qualifications

  • Experience working with automotive OEMs or suppliers
  • Prior work in autonomous vehicle or robotics development domains
  • 3+ years as either an application engineer or a developer with experience in interacting with end-customers
  • Familiarity with best practices in large scale software development
  • Strong communication skills and focus on solving customer problems
