About the role

Lead the end-to-end development of features across the entire stack, ensure a seamless user experience, collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor engineers, perform code reviews, and incorporate customer feedback to improve products.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of features across the entire stack, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience for customers.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, product designers, and customer engineering teams to translate customer needs into technical specifications.
  • Mentor and guide a team of software engineers, emphasizing customer-centric design and iterative development.
  • Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure high-quality, customer-focused solutions.
  • Stay informed about customer feedback and contribute insights to continuously improve products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Automotive Engineering, or similar
  • At least 2 years of experience in a software engineering role for an automotive technology company
  • At least 2 years of experience using C++, Python, Linux/Windows, Git, and MATLAB
