About the role

Director, Strategic Finance - Corporate FP&A at Cerebras Systems leading corporate FP&A, long-range and annual planning, forecasting, and executive reporting for a newly public company. You will create the corporate FP&A operating system, partner with G&A and executive leadership, and scale FP&A processes, dashboards, and AI-enabled workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Ownership: Company-wide corporate FP&A, including owning the company model, leading long-range and annual planning, monthly forecasting, revenue forecasting, G&A budgeting, headcount, spend management, Board reporting, and public-company reporting support.

Qualifications

  • 15+ years of total experience, ideally across corporate FP&A, strategic finance, or adjacent roles
  • Corporate FP&A leadership experience, ideally in a public-company or newly public environment
  • Strong financial modeling skills
  • Proven G&A and executive-facing partnership
  • Player-coach systems thinker
  • High agency in ambiguous environments
  • Clear executive communication
  • Technical fluency beyond spreadsheets (preferred: Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, Python, AI tools, planning/BI tooling)
