About the role

Contract Senior Talent Sourcer focused on executive and senior-level hiring across Operations, IT, Revenue/ GTM, and select G&A/Marketing functions. Combines sourcing, research, and talent partnership to build executive pipelines, map markets, and drive high-impact searches in rapid, high-growth tech environments.

Responsibilities

  • Support executive and senior-level searches across COO/Operations and IT, CIO-aligned IT, CRO/Revenue and GTM, and select engineering-adjacent roles; plus Marketing and G&A (Legal, People Ops, Finance, Procurement, Executive Support)
  • Build and maintain strong, always-on executive pipelines; conduct deep market research and talent mapping; identify target companies and adjacent talent pools; create executive-grade candidate lists, market briefs, and search insights
  • Conduct highly personalized outreach and candidate messaging to attract hard-to-reach executive talent using automation, research, and strong follow-up
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders; attend intake/calibration/stakeholder meetings; conduct initial candidate conversations; qualify early interest; coordinate interviews and hand off to recruiters
  • Clear roadblocks, keep multiple high-priority searches moving, act as a market-facing representative of the talent function
  • Operate as a high-leverage talent partner: strategic search planning, market intelligence, tooling fluency, and sustained top-of-funnel momentum

Qualifications

  • Significant experience in talent sourcing, executive sourcing, recruiting research, talent intelligence, executive search, or related recruiting function
  • Experience supporting executive or senior-level hiring across Operations, IT, Supply Chain, Data Center, Revenue, GTM, G&A, or Marketing
  • Deep research capability producing usable insight, market perspective, and search direction
  • Excellent executive-level messaging and ability to engage hard-to-reach talent with credibility and personalization
  • Strong sourcing judgment across channels (LinkedIn, referrals, CRM/ATS rediscovery, market mapping, non-obvious talent paths)
  • Comfort with modern AI sourcing, research, and outreach tools; ability to use them judiciously
  • Strong data/analytics orientation (outreach metrics, funnel insights, search diagnostics)
  • Understanding of leveling and talent calibration in large-scale tech environments
  • Executive presence with senior stakeholders; highly organized with strong follow-through
  • Proactive operating style, market instincts, and existing relevant networks; preference for prior experience in fast-moving/high-growth tech environments
  • Experience with international hiring, global market mapping, or blended contractor/FTE strategies (a plus)
