About the role

Senior Signal & Power Integrity Engineer to join AMD’s AI server product team, focusing on PCB stack-up/SI/PI, layout guidelines, and cross-functional collaboration to deliver high-quality AMD AI solutions with opportunities for technical innovation and career development.

Responsibilities

  • Response for Server PCB stack up design, SI/PI simulation and analysis
  • Create layout guideline and layout quality check
  • Review electrical validation reports and provide solution for failure items
  • Cross Function work ability – able to work with function to design AMD AI product solutions
  • Issue Investigation ability- able to debug issues for electrical violation

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering background
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in SIPI field
