About the role

Senior product leadership role leading the Instinct Data Center GPU product management team at AMD, focusing on AI compute solutions, strategy, execution, and growth for enterprise data centers and AI ecosystems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for AMD's Instinct Data Center GPU portfolio, emphasizing AI compute technologies and driving long-term growth in key markets.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, architecture, and product development teams to ensure product offerings meet both customer needs and the latest technological advancements.
  • Customer Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with strategic customers, gaining insights into their needs and ensuring successful product adoption across various verticals.
  • Market & Competitive Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor strategies to inform product decisions, positioning, and go-to-market initiatives.
  • Business Growth: Identify new business opportunities, define product roadmaps, and work with business teams to ensure alignment with market demand and organizational objectives.
  • Team Leadership & Culture: Foster a high-performance culture within the product management team, emphasizing innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Effective Communication: Serve as a key spokesperson for the product line, articulating complex technical concepts in a clear, compelling manner to internal teams, executives, and customers.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
