Senior Full-Stack Engineer
About the role
Candor is building the insider threat layer for the modern enterprise. The role involves building the core product end to end across frontend, backend, data, and AI workflows, with a focus on security infrastructure, UX, and reliable systems.
Responsibilities
- Build the core product end to end: investigation workflows, AI-assisted triage, detection modules, enterprise integrations, reporting, and containment actions across tools like Microsoft 365, Slack, Okta, CrowdStrike, SIEMs, and ServiceNow.
- Own features from ambiguous product spec to shipped customer value.
- Work across frontend, backend, data, and AI workflows with a product mindset.
- Collaborate directly with founders in a small YC-backed team in San Francisco.
Qualifications
- 3+ years building production web applications across the stack
- Strong TypeScript, React, Node.js, and PostgreSQL fundamentals
- Experience owning features from ambiguous product spec to shipped customer value
- Comfort working with complex data models, background jobs, APIs, and third-party integrations
- Good product sense: making powerful workflows feel simple and fast
