About the role
Internship role at Asimov AI focused on managing a global network of data collection contractors, coordinating communications and supply chain logistics, onboarding, and process improvements to scale operations.
Responsibilities
- Manage communications with contractors across multiple countries and time zones
- Coordinate supply chain logistics — tracking shipments, managing inventory, and ensuring contributors receive their equipment
- Onboard new contractors and guide them through setup
- Monitor contractor activity and follow up on issues
- Help build and improve operational processes as we scale
- Track and organize data across spreadsheets and internal tools
Qualifications
- Available to commit ~20 hours per week
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong written communication skills — you’ll be sending a lot of emails
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Able to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- No technical experience required
