About the role
Founding Engineer to join core product team and shape, architect, and scale a high-impact product from the ground up in a small, high-ownership environment.
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and ship end-to-end features across backend (Golang, PostgreSQL, GCP) and frontend (ReactJS).
- Own critical systems: from designing data models to optimizing user experience.
- Take full responsibility for performance, security, and scalability of our applications.
- Collaborate closely with founders to turn product vision into working software.
- Wear multiple hats — from DevOps to debugging — until the team scales.
Qualifications
- 1–5 years of professional full stack engineering experience.
- Strong skills in ReactJS, Golang, PostgreSQL, and GCP (core stack).
- Someone who thrives in high-ownership, low-structure environments.
- Bias toward action: building and iterating quickly over endless discussion.
- A builder’s mindset — care about product impact, not just clean code.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently with minimal handholding.
