Founding GTM / BDR — AI Agent Infrastructure
About the role
Salus is building the runtime control plane for AI agents. The company is an early YC-funded startup seeking a GTM operator to own top-of-funnel and drive outbound, content, and outreach in a fast-paced founder-led environment.
Responsibilities
- Run cold outbound to a defined ICP
- Tap your own network for warm intros
- Book qualified meetings and hand them to the founder for demos and close
- Draft LinkedIn and Twitter/X posts in the founder's voice (with provided technical angle)
- Own list-building, sequencing, and follow-up cadence
Qualifications
- Deeply plugged into the SF / Bay Area startup scene with ability to open doors and warm intros
- Experience with cold outbound that booked meetings (demonstrable)
- Strong, fast writer who can match a technical voice without generic B2B tone
- Comfortable in a fast, scrappy, solo-founder environment
- Bonus: existing relationships in AI / dev infra or experience selling to developers
- Most importantly, be chill
