About the role

Founding engineer role at Superset, a self-improving software startup, owning large parts of the product suite from idea to production in a fast, autonomous environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own large product features end to end. You’ll likely ship a feature to production in your first few days.
  • Build in any of our product surfaces: agent, cloud, terminal, mobile, factory. You’ll have to get down to the pty, stream transport level up to building UI.
  • Set up systems and processes to help the team ship faster.

Qualifications

  • You have been a founder, or early employee at a startup.
  • You have shipped complex agentic products or infrastructure
  • You use coding agents daily and have strong opinions about the future of building with agents.
  • You can work in person in SF five days a week
