Product Engineer
About the role
The AI-Native CRM startup item is hiring a Product Engineer to build the core platform driving human–agent collaboration and scale AI-enabled business processes.
Responsibilities
- Inventing new patterns for how humans and agents work together
- Architecting systems for AI to run real business processes at scale
- Experimenting fast with new models, tools, and approaches as the space evolves
- Talking directly to customers, to translate their problems into features
Qualifications
- Experience: 1+ years
- Tech Stack experience: Next.js / TypeScript; PostgreSQL; familiarity with AI tooling as described (Cursor, Claude Code) is a plus
