AI Deployment Strategist
About the role
The AI Deployment Strategist role at F2 focuses on bridging engineering, sales, and customer success to ensure technical clarity and successful deployment of the F2 AI platform for private markets investors.
Responsibilities
- Support the F2 sales process by joining prospect and client calls to address technical product questions
- Own customer due diligence: complete InfoSec questionnaires, and maintain a knowledge base for DDQ
- Audit reports generated by users, flag issues to engineering, and help customers extract value from AI outputs
- Prompt engineering: create natural language prompts tailored to customer needs to ensure accurate, relevant report output
- Deliver light technical implementations, such as configuring SSO or provisioning data retention policies
- Ensure CRM hygiene: maintain clean, structured data to support scaling of customer success and sales
- Be the voice of the customer to the engineering team, providing feedback to improve the product
Qualifications
- Experience prompting and working with LLMs and AI SaaS tools
- Familiarity with enterprise information security concepts and due diligence processes
- Strong communicator who is commercially minded, customer-obsessed, and tech fluent
- Ability to project manage complex workflows and technical deliverables without writing production code
- Strong keyboard skills, technically sharp, eager to level up coding skills
- Based in NYC with flexibility to work remotely at least 1 day per week
