About the role

RSI Lab is seeking a Program Manager to support research operations, including schedule, budget, and external communications, enabling researchers and engineers to focus on research at maximum velocity.

Responsibilities

  • Own budget management, schedule management, and progress tracking across RSI Lab’s research projects, building a structure that lets researchers stay focused on research

Qualifications

  • AI/ML分野の研究内容を理解し、リサーチャーと技術的な会話ができる方(自身での研究実施は必須ではありません)
  • 国際的なチーム環境で、日本語・英語の両方を使って業務を進められる方(折衝・文書作成含む)
  • 予算管理・プロジェクトマネジメント・対外折衝のいずれかの実務経験
  • 複数のステークホルダーが関わる複雑な環境での調整経験がある方は歓迎
