- Experience in fintech, healthtech, or enterprise software is a plus, but not required.
- Ability to figure things out without waiting for instructions.
- Willingness to own ambiguous problems end-to-end.
- Pride in reliably shipping software that actually works.
- High energy and desire to build something meaningful.
