About the role

Genius Admin providing hands-on technical support and coordination within Apple Retail, mentoring technicians, managing repair workflows, inventories, and end-of-month/new-month paperwork, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities

  • Provide insightful, friendly, hands-on technical support to customers during the repair process.
  • Diagnose product issues on the spot and explain situations clearly with patience and empathy.
  • Determine whether repairs can be done or a replacement is needed and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Keep customers informed about repair status and assist with related service issues.
  • Coordinate the customer pickup process for completed repairs, verify repairs, contact customers, and manage case notes.
  • Provide mentorship, knowledge sharing, tips, and training to team members; maintain personal technical knowledge.
  • Manage end-of-month and new-month paperwork, CRU paperwork, and document storage.
  • Collaborate with the Operations team to manage and track service repair inventory.
  • Order replacement consumables as needed and supervise operational activities in the Repair Room.
  • Maintain awareness of inventory levels and implement loss-prevention practices through checks and balances.
