About the role

Business Pro role at Apple Retail focused on developing and growing relationships with high-potential business customers, delivering an only-at-Apple experience, and integrating business solutions into Apple Retail’s culture. Acts as a resource and mentor for the team, partners with leadership, and drives account engagement, pipeline, and customer success for SMB/business customers in the local market.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and engage business customers by showcasing our technology and how Apple and third-party products can enhance their businesses and customers' and employees' lives.
  • Provide excellent customer service to Apple Retail Business customers by understanding their needs, identifying ownership opportunities, presenting products and services, and educating them on relevant ways to buy.
  • Serve as go-to expert on business solutions and mentor the team on business customer needs and solutions.
  • Collaborate in business sessions, briefings, workshops, and events to identify and recommend unique offerings for customers’ business needs.
  • Partner with leadership and cross-functional partners to transition accounts according to account engagement strategy for a seamless customer experience.
  • Strategize, plan, and forecast business performance through account management, pipeline building, and opportunity management using CRM and other tools.
  • Maintain mastery of Retail Business programs and offerings to ensure policy compliance.
  • Perform other tasks as needed, including providing customer service in the line of business.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Extensive business solutions experience with Apple products and services.
  • Proficiency in the local language (Dutch) written and spoken.
