Platform Strategist
About the role
Strategic partner and advisor to executive operators at major healthcare institutions, operating between product, sales, and deployment to ensure customers solve the problem and achieve measurable value with Tennr’s platform.
Responsibilities
- Sit directly with customer leadership to understand what they measure and why it matters, and take a defined position on what value means for each account
- Track outcomes against what was sold, run the underlying ROI analysis, and partner with sellers to grow and expand each relationship
Qualifications
- Experience in healthcare consulting, healthcare operations, or an enterprise role within SaaS
- Demonstrated understanding of how provider organizations make decisions and define success
- A track record of managing executive relationships through periods of meaningful organizational change
- Strong written and verbal communication, with the ability to present at an executive level
