About the role
Senior product manager for GPTZero, focusing on building and guiding a first PM function, with ownership of discovery, requirements, and end-to-end delivery for AI-powered, consumer-facing product.
Responsibilities
- Own discovery by identifying and validating user problems through research, data analysis, and direct user engagement
- Define product requirements and success metrics in close partnership with design and engineering teams
- Make product decisions in areas with uncertainty, incomplete data, and evolving model behavior
- Drive execution from concept to launch and iterate based on user feedback
Qualifications
- Strong product judgment with 5+ years of experience owning B2C/prosumer products end to end
- Comfort working without established PM processes and building structure that meaningfully improves outcomes
- Deep understanding of AI-powered products, including model limitations, tradeoffs, and user trust implications
- Strong collaboration skills with designers, engineers, and researchers to drive alignment and execution
- High ownership mindset with a bias toward action, learning, and iteration
