About the role

Engineer role focused on conceiving, modeling, prototyping and validating health sensor solutions, with emphasis on temperature sensing hardware for health applications. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including scientists, engineers, and designers to bring sensor concepts from concept to mass production.

Responsibilities

  • Design, integrate and validate board-level circuits and systems from concept to mass production
  • Define new sensing architectures through modeling, simulation and prototyping
  • Write scripts to analyze sensor data
  • Review vendor and factory data
  • Define specifications
  • Author documentation
  • Perform failure analysis, identify root causes and propose corrective action
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Give clear technical updates to the broader team and to management.

Qualifications

  • Deep understanding of electrical engineering or physics fundamentals
  • Experience modeling, building and testing complex systems
  • Proficiency in Python or MATLAB
  • Minimum requirement of a bachelors degree
