About the role

Engineering Project Manager within Apple’s IS&T Customer Systems team, leading delivery of CRM solutions for multiple contact centers and collaborating across teams to enable exceptional customer experiences. Focus on strategic execution, alignment, and adoption of Gen AI programs and AI-driven automation.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of innovative CRM solutions for Apple’s contact centers.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to bring solutions to life and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • Facilitate and influence architecture and design discussions.
  • Work with engineering teams to ensure technical fluency and program success.
  • Apply Gen AI program management practices and adopt AI tools for task and report automation.
  • Communicate effectively to stakeholders through verbal, written, and presentation skills.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical program or project management.
  • 2+ years minimum experience in Contact Center Domain.
  • 2+ years minimum working on Gen AI programs and adopting program management in GenAI programs.
  • Familiarity with latest AI tools and models for task and report automation.
  • Strong technical fluency, able to work directly with engineering teams.
  • Able to facilitate and influence architecture and design discussions.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
