About the role

Senior SDET responsible for testing and validating large-scale AI cluster deployments to ensure 99.999% reliability, focusing on automation, security, observability, and testing of cluster software and hardware components.

Responsibilities

  • Innovate and execute tests on cutting edge AI infrastructure; define optimized test strategies and methodologies.
  • Adapt to rapid growth in ML and AI models; hire and work with a diverse team with a broad skill set.
  • Develop deep understanding of large-scale distributed ML training and inference; decompose systems into testable units.
  • Advocate an automation-first approach to achieve high coverage across high-availability, failure scenarios, performance, stress, and security.
  • Champion cluster security, reliability, uptime (99.9999%), and ease of use with observability.
  • Test all components of AI cluster including cluster software (Kubernetes, Prometheus, Grafana) and cluster hardware components (ML wafer-scale accelerators, CPU runtime nodes, high-speed interconnects, high-speed data transfer).

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering (computer science, electrical, AI, data science, or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience testing in enterprise software, distributed systems, datacenter hardware/software.
