Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture a lean, talent-dense team with strong ownership and accountability
  • Help establish culture and processes that support rapid, mission-driven execution
  • Collaborate with senior leadership and founders to scale the organization responsibly

Qualifications

  • Experience building and scaling high-performing teams
  • Background in engineering, research, operations, or organizational leadership at senior levels
  • History of shipping novel AI systems or leading impactful AI projects
  • Experience in high-stakes, high-velocity execution in growth or deep-tech environments
  • Ability to shape strategy and governance for a fast-moving organization
