About the role

Product Marketing Lead at Goodfire, an AI interpretability research lab, responsible for defining messaging, shaping the category, and driving launches to communicate the value of interpretability to technical AI researchers, engineers, and leaders.

Responsibilities

  • Own positioning, messaging, and narrative: define how Goodfire and our platform are understood in market
  • Shape the category: establish an interpretability platform as a must-have capability in the AI stack through thought leadership, content, and strategic communications
  • Drive product launches: plan and execute launches that generate awareness and pipeline, from major research milestones to new platform capabilities
  • Build deep market intelligence: develop a rigorous understanding of the competitive landscape, buyer needs, and emerging use cases across verticals — and translate those insights into product and go-to-market strategy
  • Create sales enablement and field materials: arm our forward-deployed team with the positioning, demos, case studies, and collateral they need to win technical buyers

Qualifications

  • Strong ability to translate highly technical concepts into clear, compelling narratives for deeply technical audiences (researchers, ML engineers, Heads of AI)
  • Strong strategic instincts and the ability to build a go-to-market playbook from scratch in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment
  • Experience speaking to deeply technical buyers at AI labs, frontier model companies, or research-driven organizations
  • Scrappiness, speed, and a bias toward action. You ship, measure, and iterate — not deck-build
