About the role

Adaptional is building AI-powered insurance claims review. Founding GTM Lead to scale all commercial functions from scratch, reporting to the CEO and working closely with founders to build the commercial machine and customer implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Work alongside the CEO on active enterprise sales: pipeline management, deal prep, follow-through, and conversion
  • Own relationships with our insurance customers: onboarding, expansion, and day-to-day account management
  • Build the GTM foundation: sales process, pipeline infrastructure, outbound motion, and customer-facing materials
  • Stand up our early customer success and support function, then hire and lead the first team
  • Take on whatever else matters most. This is a true generalist seat with expanding scope

Qualifications

  • 2-4+ years of experience in a high-performance environment
  • An exceptional generalist who relishes hard problems; background in private equity, consulting, business school, or similar founding/early startup role
  • High ownership and comfort with ambiguity: ability to figure things out without a playbook and follow through without being managed
  • Strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable presenting to executives at large insurance companies
  • Excited to work intensely in person in San Francisco
