About the role

Product Development Engineer focused on enabling availability of microprocessors by driving test patterns, DFT-driven quality/yield improvements, silicon bring-up, and production test program development in Penang, Malaysia.

Responsibilities

  • Own silicon characterization plan across process, voltage, and temperature
  • Drive Yield step-up in weekly yield meetings and present to wider PEO audience
  • Develop agentic AI to help speed up yield and test data analytics

Qualifications

  • BS/MS Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or comparable disciplines
  • Familiar with concepts surrounding JTAG, ATPG, BIST, or HSIO
  • Proficient in software programming and scripting languages (C, C++, Java, Ruby, Perl, Python)
  • Knowledgeable in version control tools (Git, SVN, CVS)
  • Knowledgeable in statistical analysis
  • Proficient in Windows, Unix, and Linux operating systems and general AI tools (Claude/co-pilot/ChatGPT etc)
