About the role

Senior leadership role responsible for product management of Pricing Systems within Apple’s Services ecosystem, driving pricing, digital agreements, banking setup, tax forms, and partner payments. Lead cross-functional teams to craft strategy, roadmaps, and scalable AI-enabled capabilities while navigating regulatory compliance and complex business models.

Responsibilities

  • - Product Strategy & Platform Leadership - Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for critical areas of the platform; influence multiple product teams; partner with Engineering to shape platform evolution; anticipate evolving business models, regional legislation, and partner needs; evaluate and prioritize strategic initiatives, regulatory commitments, and acquire leadership support.
  • - Technical Product Leadership - Design scalable rights, pricing, digital agreements, and partner onboarding; deliver intuitive self-service experiences for thousands of partners; translate complex business, legal, and operational requirements; collaborate with engineering, QA, IS&T, and others on architecture, APIs, workflow automation, testing, and quality; develop deep expertise.
  • - People Management & Delivery Excellence - Mentor and lead product managers; set high quality standards; drive predictable execution of platform changes; measure capability impact, delivery speed, and performance; build trusted partnerships.
  • - AI Product Leadership - Utilize AI to automate workflows and improve decision-making; deliver AI-powered capabilities; apply AI to compliance and partner tools; establish governance for AI-enabled capabilities with transparency and oversight; partner with Engineering on AI roadmap and scalability.
  • - Regulatory & Compliance Leadership - Lead product strategy for global regulatory challenges; translate evolving regulations into scalable platform capabilities; prioritize compliance investments; ensure solutions satisfy regulatory requirements while maintaining intuitive experiences.
  • - 10+ years of proven experience in product management, consulting, design or engineering; 7+ years of recent people management or leadership experience; demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to accelerate development; outstanding communication skills; self-motivated and proactive; strong analytical abilities; collaboration across engineering, QA, design, business, finance, and legal; BS/MS in CS/Engineering/Math/Economics or related field and/or MBA; experience as an app developer or roles working with developers.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of proven experience in product management, consulting, design or engineering
  • 7+ years of recent people management or leadership experience
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools and assistants to accelerate development, improve decision-making, and enhance quality and productivity
  • Outstanding communication skills: concise, effective cross-audience communication; experience writing detailed technical specs is a plus
  • Self-motivated and proactive with thorough understanding of Apple’s systems and initiatives
  • Strong analytical abilities and experience with data structures
  • Track record of cross-functional collaboration (engineering, QA, design, business, finance, legal)
  • BS or MS in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Economics, or related field and/or MBA with relevant engineering/quantitative background
  • Experience as an app developer or roles working with developers
