About the role

Senior external-facing Chief of Staff role focused on accelerating the CEO's external initiatives, capital formation, strategic partnerships, and executive communications. Not a traditional internal-ops CoS; acts as the CEO’s external force multiplier with investors, frontier AI labs, enterprise customers, board members, and strategic partners.

Responsibilities

  • Lead Turing's Capital Agenda. Own the defining project of the next 12 months, including investor target lists, sequencing, materials, data room coordination, diligence management, and follow-through.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university with a strong record of academic excellence.
  • 2+ years at a top-tier Silicon Valley venture firm—Associate or Senior Associate.
  • Exceptional written communication skills with experience producing investment memos, board materials, executive communications, or strategic presentations.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority workstreams with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to build trust across senior stakeholders.
  • Ability and willingness to travel frequently for domestic and international travel to AI hubs and conferences.
