About the role

Leader responsible for the technical direction of Neural Concept’s most important customer engagements in the DACH & Nordics region, building and leading the regional Solutions Engineering team, and shaping AI transformation roadmaps and customer adoption pipelines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery with engineering and executive stakeholders, turning complex challenges into clear technical strategies.
  • Define customer-specific AI roadmaps connected to real engineering priorities.
  • Shape and co-own technically rigorous Statements of Work, grounded in customer workflows, data, and adoption plans.
  • Build, coach, and lead the regional Solutions Engineering team, managing standards, capacity, and complex escalations.
  • Partner with Sales and Forward Deployed Engineering to move from technical strategy into delivery.
  • Bring customer insight back to Product and R&D.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, pre-sales, or a related client-facing role.
  • Engineering background with deep familiarity with CAD, CAE, simulation, and real engineering workflows.
  • Ability to earn trust with simulation engineers and executive leaders through precise communication.
  • Ability to create structure in ambiguity, challenge assumptions, and move complex work forward with urgency.
  • Proven people leadership, with experience building strong teams, giving direct feedback, and raising the bar.
  • Professional fluency in German and English.
