About the role

Role supporting the recruiting team with scheduling, coordination, and delivering a world-class candidate experience. Full-time on-site position in Torrance, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end scheduling of all candidate interviews
  • Partner with recruiters to provide exceptional candidate support and ensure smooth execution of onsite interviews
  • Guide candidates through the interview pipeline with clear and frequent communication to candidates and hiring managers
  • Coordinate candidate travel and handle associated expenses, as necessary
  • Streamline processes to elevate the experience for both external candidates and internal stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of 2+ years of industry experience in a high paced environment
