About the role

Enterprise Account Executive responsible for selling AI-powered EHS software to Fortune 1000 organizations, owning opportunities from qualification through close, and building executive relationships across Safety, Operations, IT, Risk, and Procurement.

Responsibilities

  • Own enterprise sales opportunities from qualification through close.
  • Develop executive relationships across Safety, Operations, IT, Risk, and Procurement.
  • Lead consultative discovery and business value discussions.
  • Demonstrate Haven's platform and ROI.
  • Coordinate pilots and proof-of-value engagements.
  • Build business cases and ROI models.
  • Navigate enterprise procurement, security, and legal reviews.
  • Partner with Customer Success during implementation.
  • Represent Haven at industry events.
  • Consistently exceed revenue targets.

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of enterprise B2B software sales.
  • Success selling into Fortune 1000 organizations.
  • Experience leading complex multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
  • Consistent history of exceeding quota.
  • Experience building executive relationships with EHS, Operations, Risk, or Operational Excellence leaders.
  • Strong consultative selling skills.
  • Excellent executive communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience navigating procurement, security, and legal reviews.
