About the role

Contract Recruiter focusing on GenAI-enabled recruiting for DeepLearning.AI and AI Fund, leveraging AI tools to accelerate sourcing, screening, and candidate experience in Taipei.

Responsibilities

  • Source and engage technical candidates across AI/ML, data science, software engineering, and full-stack development (with AI assistance).
  • Screen inbound applicants and coordinate next steps (with AI assistance).
  • Host in-person recruiting events to engage AI community.
  • Manage assigned pipelines from sourcing through close.
  • Draft outreach messages, schedule interviews, and maintain timely communication.
  • Support offer logistics and negotiation.
  • Extensively use GenAI tools to accelerate sourcing, candidate research, screening, and automation of multiple steps of recruiting workflow.
  • Experiment and assist with the development of new AI tools and refine recruitment processes.
  • Ensure clear, warm, and timely communication for all candidates.
  • Represent the DeepLearning AI and AI Fund brands professionally.
  • Keep ATS pipelines clean, organized, and up to date.
  • Track recruiting metrics and surface insights to improve speed and quality.
  • Contribute to templates, checklists, and workflows; support event-based recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

  • 1–3+ years in recruiting, sourcing, or talent coordination.
  • Hands-on experience hiring technical talent (AI/ML, data science, software engineering, or full-stack).
  • Creative sourcing skills using diverse information sources.
  • Experience managing multiple pipelines and coordinating across stakeholders.
  • Thoughts on improving traditional recruiting paradigms and how to implement change.
  • Ability to work in-office in Taipei.
