About the role

Senior Technical Program Manager responsible for driving complex cross-team initiatives across VPC, adjacent cloud services, and infrastructure layers within Nebius. Will translate broad product and technical objectives into executable programs, manage dependencies and risks, and coordinate delivery from validation to rollout and operational readiness.

Responsibilities

  • Turn broad product and technical objectives into executable programs
  • Define outcomes and acceptance criteria
  • Expose dependencies and trade-offs
  • Facilitate timely decisions
  • Coordinate delivery through validation, rollout, and operational readiness
  • Work closely with developers, engineering managers, technical leads and product managers of VPC and adjacent teams
  • Launch VPC in new regions and support new hardware generations
  • Improve platform scalability and resilience
  • Evolve service architecture
  • Deliver new customer-facing networking capabilities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in technical program management, technical project management, engineering management, or senior technical role delivering complex cross-team initiatives
  • Strong technical background in cloud networking and distributed systems
  • Practical knowledge of IPv4/IPv6, routing, network isolation, NAT, firewalls and load balancing
  • Clear communication of complex technical topics; ability to produce concise, actionable documentation
  • Proven experience coordinating initiatives with multiple engineering teams
  • Ability to structure ambiguous problems, identify critical paths, manage risks, and adapt plans
  • Outcome-oriented approach and ability to drive progress without formal authority
