About the role

Seasoned Technical Program Manager to sustain, scale, and improve operational and software development processes within the Compute Systems Engineering organization and across collaborators, in a fast-moving, deeply technical hardware-software environment.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams, identify dependencies and risks, establish clear ownership, and drive programs toward measurable outcomes.
  • Build and maintain productive cross-functional relationships with engineering teams, business partners, customers, and vendors.
  • Understand technical details of complex systems and communicate effectively with engineers.
  • Manage long-running infrastructure programs with numerous technical dependencies, milestones, stakeholders, and operational requirements.
  • Contribute to program execution, technical coordination, documentation, process development, issue investigation, and operational improvements when needed.

Qualifications

  • Approximately five to ten years of relevant experience in technical program management.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex technical programs across multiple teams and drive measurable outcomes.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Relevant technical knowledge and curiosity about how systems work, especially near hardware-level operations.
