UK-Senior Manager
About the role
Senior Manager responsible for creating a positive customer interaction environment, driving performance and business priorities, developing other managers, and supporting the Store Leader with strategy and decision making. Leads a team, participates in Floor Leadership, manages operations across assigned areas and the entire store, upholds policies, and fosters an inclusive, safe, and high-performing retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team (including Managers), empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
- Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
- Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are delivered.
- Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, and partner with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
- Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by establishing, planning, and executing the operational strategy of assigned functional areas and the entire store.
- Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all assets including confidential information.
- Perform other tasks as needed.
- Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn.

- Be a role model for inclusive leadership and develop and retain diverse teams.
- Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.
Qualifications
- 3 years of leadership experience in retail, sales, or a related field.
- Proficient in the local language, both written and spoken (sign language supported).
- Availability to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store; able to attend work reliably as scheduled.
