About the role

Noise and Vibration EPM responsible for driving large cross functional teams in tackling a wide variety of noise and vibration issues across all Apple product lines. Combines deep technical engineering expertise with program management to drive complex multi-physics noise issues from concept to mass production, balancing technical complexities with schedule requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Drive day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives/schedule from development to ramp
  • Drive technical discussions with both internal and cross functional partners
  • Prioritize across multiple programs with various levels of complexity
  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies and facilitate conflict resolution within and between teams, focus on top level objectives and develop best course of action
  • Offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management
  • Oversee multiple top issues in parallel requiring exceptional organizational skills

Qualifications

  • BSME or BSEE or equivalent
  • 4+ years of experience in project management
  • Excellent communication, organizational and leadership skills
  • Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience
  • Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision making
  • Ability to travel internationally when needed(<10%)
  • Strong technical background in EE or ME or NVH. Masters in Engineering is a plus
  • Technical hands on experience with any of the following: System Dynamics, Mechanical Noise, Electrical Noise, or Fan Noise
  • Experience working with OEM/ODM partners
