About the role

Allocation Execution Specialist to support demand and supply fulfillment for Pacific Countries across iPhone, Mac, iPad, Apple Watch, Vision Pro and Accessory product lines; responsibilities include SAP transactions, OEM coordination, product launches support, cross-functional collaboration, process and system improvements, and potential team leadership.

Responsibilities

  • SAP tactical transactions, handling OEMs to ensure 100% fulfillment of products within the Asia Pacific region
  • Support new product introduction team to ensure excellent execution of product launches
  • Drive, support and participate in User-Acceptance Test and projects whilst providing inputs on process improvements to scale up the team
  • Coordinate and facilitate cross functional meetings to ensure timely execution
  • Work closely with various functional teams to ensure timely resolutions of disputes or discrepancies, achieve inventory management targets and potentially to lead and drive a group of specialists to meet operational goals
  • Process, tools, and systems oriented. Ability to identify and propose process and system improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in fields such as Engineering, Supply Chain, or Operations is preferred; Fresh graduates may apply for this role
  • Strong verbal and written communicator with the ability to articulate complex issues, findings or analysis to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience: 1-3 years multinational experience in a similar supply chain management role would be an added advantage
  • Excellent analytical skill, meticulous with strong eye for business and consumer focus
  • Ability to multi-task, enjoys challenges and maintain a positive attitude in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to work well with cross functional teams
  • Strong multi tasking skills, enjoys challenges, and a confident leader
  • Ability to quickly understand and make critical decisions in a fast paced environment
  • Hands-on experience in Excel, SAP and Programming (Python, Tableau, VBA) is a plus
