Founding Engineer / Founding ML Engineer at Koyal, an agentic AI filmmaking platform. Build across stack—from agentic systems and video generation pipelines to model orchestration and core creator tools. High-ownership early-stage role blending AI, product, and media.
Responsibilities
- Work across the stack: agentic systems, video generation pipelines, model orchestration, product infrastructure, and core creative tools for filmmakers.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of engineering experience, or strong graduate-level experience
- Experience with diffusion models, generative video, computer vision, or ML systems
- Familiarity with agentic coding tools and orchestrating multiple agents, models, and workflows
- Creative, product-minded, fast, and comfortable owning ambiguous problems from idea to production
- Passion for movies, music, storytelling, or internet culture is a plus

As part of that, we launched 5 music videos for Grammy and Oscar winning artists like A R Rahman, Ricky Kej and Shankar Mahadevan all crossing 1.5 million views! We've recently built SOTA capabilities in (i) multilingual script to audio to video, (ii) Agentic lip-sync with dynamic movement & (iii) Multi-character consistency.
