About the role

Salesforce Solution Architect (Client Facing) to act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, bridging business strategy and technology. You will design scalable Salesforce solutions, support digital transformation initiatives, and drive business growth, engaging with business and technology stakeholders including C-level executives. All communication is in English.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client business needs and translating them into Salesforce solutions.
  • Lead discovery sessions, solution workshops, and architecture discussions with clients.
  • Design scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including solution proposals, estimates, presentations, and RFP responses.
  • Provide architectural guidance to delivery teams and ensure Salesforce best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or similar client-facing role.
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture, security, and integration patterns.
  • Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
  • Consulting and pre-sales experience, including executive-level presentations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Advanced/Fluent English.
