Responsibilities

- Run a disciplined intake process; rank needs by priority to ensure real needs are addressed over loud requests.
- Keep the platform coherent by balancing vertical asks, avoiding duplication, and promoting reusable capabilities.
- Establish data metrics, own platform usage analytics and SLA metrics; close feedback loop with usage data and field input; retire underperforming features.
- Support planning cadence; help consolidate vertical roadmaps into a single company roadmap with enterprise discipline.
- Raise the bar for discovery, PRDs, and acceptance criteria on the Core team.
