About the role

Technical Expert at Apple Retail responsible for extensive troubleshooting, repairs on iPhone and Apple products, educating customers on repair options, and sharing knowledge to support high-quality repairs and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs on iPhone and other Apple products as required
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for select Apple hardware and software
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services
  • Provide excellent service by understanding customer needs, identifying ownership opportunities, and presenting product/service recommendations
  • Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple
  • Use extensive knowledge of hardware and software components to identify root causes and educate others
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment and demonstrate Apple values in daily activities
  • Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor
  • Possibly perform other tasks as needed related to repairs and customer service

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales or related work experience
  • Ability to visually inspect hardware and perform repairs with fine motor skills
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment
  • Proficiency in the local language (written and spoken)
