About the role

Technical Specialist role in Apple Retail focused on technical support, troubleshooting, and customer education to help customers maximize their Apple products and services, while contributing to an inclusive environment and high-quality repairs.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers across Apple hardware and software.
  • Demonstrate technical expertise of Apple products and services.
  • Follow troubleshooting steps to identify root causes in a customer service environment.
  • Navigate customer service issues with care and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services, and present product/service recommendations.
  • Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor as needed.
  • Develop knowledge of Apple products, services, and Genius Bar repair processes to support high-quality repairs.
  • Work with team leaders to identify recurring repair problems and relay feedback to Apple.
  • Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn.
  • Demonstrate Apple values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in local language (written and spoken).
  • Availability to work schedule based on business needs including nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, with reliable attendance.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks while collaborating in a team.
