About the role

Apple seeks an Operations Program Manager to build reliable OEMs, sustain product supply from launch to end of production, and bridge technical and supply chain teams to deliver from request to delivery. The role includes site leadership at CM facilities, managing daily operations, capacity planning, and program readiness for new product launches.

Responsibilities

  • Be a site lead responsible for overall CM performance and strengthening Apple supply chain flexibility
  • Drive factory daily IO, quality on hold, new site bring up, and attainment to ensure product delivery in right quantity and quality
  • Determine factory short term and long term capacity plan for Apple business goals
  • Act as escalation point for Apple and CM teams, leading factory daily routines including resources planning, administrative tasks, working hour management, security, etc
  • Lead different aspects of program readiness for new product launch

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent experience, major in business, logistics, trading, electrical engineering or allied technical subject
  • Proven experience in manufacturing industry or related areas with operation management experience and cross-functional collaboration
  • English & Mandarin proficiency
  • Good data analytical skills with ability to gather data, compile information and prepare reports/updates
  • Ability to facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination on issues and business
  • Strong sense of urgency and ability to act quickly under pressure
  • Strong self-motivation and drive for excellence
  • Result oriented with leadership and organizational skills
  • Willingness to work from CM factory
