About the role

Manager at an Apple Store responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving store performance through operational execution and people leadership.

Responsibilities

  • - Lead a team, developing and empowering each team member to learn, grow, and achieve performance and developmental goals.
  • - Assist with recruiting, training, developing, and retaining a diverse, high-performing team.
  • - Actively participate in Floor Leadership by interacting with team members and customers throughout the store, modeling what good looks like, and ensuring business priorities and exceptional customer service are delivered.
  • - Address customer and team member concerns and escalations, partnering with leadership and People partners when appropriate.
  • - Drive business priorities and achieve store performance goals by planning and executing operational strategies within assigned functional areas.
  • - Maintain and uphold company policies and procedures, and protect all company assets including confidential information.
  • - Perform other tasks as needed.
  • - Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and fostering curiosity to learn.
  • - Be a role model for inclusive leadership and build, develop, and retain diverse teams.
  • - Create a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all team members.

Qualifications

  • - Be available to work a schedule based on business needs that may include nights, weekends, and public holidays in the retail store, and reliably attend work as scheduled.
  • - Be proficient in written and spoken English (sign language supported).
  • - Have experience leading others in retail, sales, or a related field.
