About the role

Genius at Apple Retail providing expert troubleshooting, repair services, and exceptional customer service. Combines technical repair skills with the ability to educate customers and mentor team members, while supporting leadership and contributing to an inclusive store environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide repairs on all Apple products serviced in the store and educate customers on repair options and Apple offerings.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and resolve service concerns for Apple hardware and software.
  • Support customers with care and empathy using all tools and resources provided by Apple.
  • Identify recurring repair problems and provide feedback to Apple through team leads.
  • Mentor, resource, and positive role model for Genius Bar team members.
  • Assist with customer escalations and contribute to an inclusive environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience in retail or sales, or related work experience.
  • Visual inspection and fine motor skills to safely perform hardware repairs.
  • Experience troubleshooting hardware and software issues in a customer service environment.
